    Home / FAMILY ACCESS / About FAMILY ACCESS FAMILY ACCESS is Web-based information and communication center to help parents and guardians monitor the progress and activities of their children at school.  It is available anytime, from anywhere, via a secure web connection.  It is easy to understand and navigate.   HCA only recently implemented FAMILY ACCESS and currently makes available information about Food Service.  Throughout the school year, other capabilities may be made available as they are implemented by the school administration.  Please refer back to this site often to learn of the latest enhancements to FAMILY ACCESS.

    Food Service purchases, payments, and family account balance

    What can parents and guardians do?
    • Update their email address
    • Retrieve “forgotten” login and passwords
    • Make online credit card payments for Food Service
    • Sign up for email notifications of low balance in Food Service account

    To use FAMILY ACCESS, you need an ID and password.  These are created by HCA and are normally provided to you via email or in person at the school office.  Once you have logged in to FAMILY ACCESS, you have the ability to change your password and update other personal information.
