If you have not received your FAMILY ACCESS account credentials or if you have misplaced them, you may use the"Forgot your login or password" feature of FAMILY ACCESS to have them automatically sent to you. This feature requiries that you submit an email address that is recognized By FAMILY ACCESS. If after submitting the email address you receive a message stating, " No matching email account has been found", then the email you submitted is not on file and your credentials cannot be sent to you automatically. If you have multiple email addresses, you may wish to submit a different one and try again. If you cannot remember the email address that is on file for your account, then you must request that your email address be updated. To update your email address, please send an email to
and provide the following information:
- Your full Name
- Your mailing Address
- Your home phone number
- The email address to be registered to your account (Remember that every guardian has a unique account ).
- The name of all of your students enrolled in HCA and their current grade.
- The name of the homeroom teacher for each of your students.
Upon receipt and validation of this information, your email address will be updated and your account credentials will be sent to you.
If you submit a request for credentials or an email update, but never receive a response to your request, your ISP or your personal spam filters may be blocking the return message. Be sure to set your filters to allow all email from harvestchristianacademy.org.
