January has been set aside to give our current families the first opportunity to enroll for the next school year. In order to take advantage of this early enrollment time and reserve your seat for the 2010-2011 school year, please complete the information requested on the reenrollment form sent to you at the end of December.

in our admissions office at 847.214.3500, ext 3514. Your completed enrollment form accompanied by the appropriate enrollment fee will reserve your child’s seat for the next school year. A letter of confirmation will be sent to each family shortly after the student has been enrolled. Please contact Mrs. Arosen, if you have any questions.
“Tell a Friend” Family Referral Tuition Credit Program
Here’s a great program from which many families have benefited…”Tell-a-Friend” campaign. This is how it works:
For every family that you successfully recruit to our school, we will give you a $250 tuition credit. Every time you tell someone who is not currently an HCA family about Harvest Christian Academy and as a result, they apply, are accepted and enroll at HCA for the 2010-2011 school year, you will receive a $250 credit toward next year’s tuition bill. All HCA families may receive this credit, but only for referring Lower and Upper School families to our school (sorry, no credit for referring preschool families). This credit will be applied in January of 2011. It’s simply our way of saying “thank you” for spreading the word about our school.
We are hosting several events where prospective families can learn more about our school. If they attend one of the recruiting events below, we will later waive their $50 per child application fee(s). So, it’s a win-win for everyone!

How does the Family Referral Tuition Credit Program work?
- Tell a friend or family about HCA.
- When that family applies they should put your name on their application as a referral. We will use this information to issue the tuition credit. Make sure your referral family puts your name on their application!
- For every family that applies, is accepted and enrolls at HCA because you referred them, you will receive a $250 tuition credit.
- If the referred family is still currently enrolled at HCA in January 2011, we will at that time, credit your account for $250 per family referral.
