Harvest Christian Academy in Elgin is looking for the following positions to be filled:

SUPERINTENDENT                                                                  
Description:  Chief administrative officer of the school responsible for the operation of the school according to the policies and philosophy approved by Harvest Bible Chapel leadership. Roles of the Superintendent include areas of philosophical/vision, curricular, personnel, fiduciary, executive, legislative, judicial, and public relations responsibilities.  This position reports to the Executive Ministry Pastor.
                                                                                               
Qualifications: Advanced Degree, at least five years experience, preferably Upper School experience. He should have training in administration, supervision and curriculum development, and be certified in school administration.
