Christmas Cheer
Thank you for your generous donations to this year’s Christmas Cheer collection! Each K -12 teacher and staff member was gifted with a beautiful hand crafted card enclosed with a check.

PTF Schedule of Events

• Quarterly Q&A with Dr. Mattner:  Tuesdays on 1/12, 3/12 and 5/21.  Meet in the cafeteria at 8:15 for coffee, light refreshments and to hear the latest HCA news from our superintendent.

• Family Skate Night:  Friday 1/29 Join HCA friends, family and staff at Main Street Skate in Streamwood from 5 – 7 PM.  Pay at the door admission $3.50/person plus $2 skate rental fee.

• Teacher Appreciation Week: April 12-15

Parents in Prayer
We are now meeting on Tuesday mornings from 8:10 – 9:00 in the second floor prayer room.  Download the prayer schedule which details the dates individual classes will be covered in prayer.  Feel free to leave a request in the prayer request drop box, located on the receptionist’s desk.  All prayer requests are kept confidential.
 
Our Purpose
To promote unity within the body of Christ at HCA by providing support, encouragement, and help to the faculty and staff; expound the meaning of Christian school education; and to secure for our children the optimal educational experience available, all to the glory of God.  Won’t you join us?

For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.
