The CAFE-PASS Help Desk is committed to resolving any questions or issues
you may have in a timely manner. Every attempt is made to answer all inquiries by the next school day. Please use the following guidelines to
direct your inquiry. The Help Desk is in operation during the following time periods:
- HCA School Days only (9:00 am - 4:00 pm)
- CAFE-PASS registration period before school begins
- Account settlement period after the school year ends
If
you have general questions about the CAFÉ-PASS program, or if you are
experiencing difficulty in establishing or using your account, or if
you have forgotten your login credentials to FAMILY ACCESS, please direct your inquiry to:

If you have a question regarding a lunch charge that appears on your statement, please direct your inquiry to:
cpasscharges@harvestchristianacademy.org
If
you made a payment that has not been recorded correctly or if you
believe your balance is in error (for reasons other than a disputed
lunch charge), or if you have a question regarding a refund, please
direct your inquiry to:
cpassfinance@harvestchristianacademy.org
To expedite your support request, please include the following information with each inquiry:
1. Your full name
2. Your FAMILY ACCESS ID or PayorID (if you have one)
3. The date and time in which your problem occurred.
4. A description of any error messages that may have appeared on the screen.
4. An email address that may be used to send you a response.
5. A daytime phone number where you may be contacted for follow-up if necessary.
6. A detailed description of the problem.
Note:
Occasionally, the payment website is unavailable for brief periods of
time to perform system updates or maintenance. If you find the payment
website to be inaccessible, please determine that the problem is not
localized to your computer or ISP. Check to be sure you can reach other
websites. If you can, please wait five to ten minutes and then try the
payment website again before generating an inquiry to our support team.
