Account Setup (Getting Started)
To deposit funds into your family CAFE-PASS account, you will use a credit card to make an online pre-payment for food service. Before you can make a payment, you must establish an account with our merchant for these services. Click on the link below to obtain instructions to establish your account. You may wish to print out a copy of the instructions and save them for future reference.

If you are a family new to the food service program or if you are an existing food service customer that has been issued FAMILY ACCESS credentials, use the link listed below to access your food service account and to make online payments.

The link listed below is for families with existing food service accounts established in the prior school year. This link will be removed when all families have transitioned to FAMILY ACCESS.

IMPORTANT
To establish your CAFE-PASS account, you will need account credentials that were sent to you in an email. If you have not received an email regarding this matter, it may because your ISP or your personal spam filters are blocking the message.
Be sure to set your filters to allow all email from harvestchristianacademy.org. You also will not receive an email if your email address is not on file or is no longer valid. If you have checked your spam folders and are unable to find a message from HCA about CAFE-PASS, please send an email to
and provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Your mailing address
- Your home phone number
- Your email address to be used for HCA correspondence
- The name of all of your students in the lunch program and their current grades
- The name of the homeroom teachers for each of your students in the lunch program
Upon receipt and validation of this information, your account credentials will be sent to you.
