    Guardians Unable to Make an Online Payment in Family Access

    To view financial data and make payments in FAMILY ACCESS, you must be the "payor" on the account. There can only be one payor for a family. By default, the payor is normally the principle guardian of the family. If you are not the payor for your family, this information will be hidden from you. To become a payor, the "current" payor of the account must submit a request that the "new" payor be changed to an individual to be named by the current payor. This request must originate from the email address on file for the "current" payor.

    SBCglobal and AOL Users
    Many of you have requested mailings be directed to an email address that is already on file and has been used for correspondence with you about this program. Since the first mailing was not received, it is unlikely that subsequent mailings will be received unless you have made a change in your email account configuration. In working with a few customers, these "undelivered" or "lost" emails were found in their bulk mail folders. If you do not receive our mailings, please check your bulk mail folders and modify your mail account settings to allow all mail from harvestchristianacademy.org. If you do not know how to do this, you should contact the help desk of your ISP or search their Frequently Asked Questions page. Making this change should allow mail from CAFE-PASS to reach your inbox unimpeded.

    Web Store Users
    Some families have entered an invalid email address when establishing their account at the web store. This will not prevent funds from being deposited into your account, but will prevent you from obtaining confirmation of your deposit.. If you do not receive a confirmation message, please check your account credentials in the section called "My Account" at the web store and make any corrections to your information as may be necessary. If your email address is correct and you are still not receiving a confirmation message, please check your spam and bulk mail folders for the message. Be sure to allow all mail from revtrak.net
