FACTS Online Tuition Payment
HCA is pleased to announce a continued partnership with FACTS Management Company to assist us in managing our tuition payment program.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Families have the options of paying annually, semi-annually or monthly over 10, 11, or 12 months.
Monthly Payment Option
All families who select to pay monthly are required to enroll online with the FACTS payment plan. Please enroll by July 1 each year. For those paying monthly, the methods of tuition payment are:

Automatic Bank Payments (ACH)—through FACTS, you will authorize automatic bank withdrawals directly from your bank account (checking or savings account); or

Automatic Credit Card Payments—through FACTS, you will authorize automatic, monthly payments to your credit card (MasterCard, AMEX or Discover).
Annual and Semi-Annual Payment Options
Annual and semi-annual payment options are available and are to be submitted to the school office. These options do not require FACTS enrollment. An invoice will be sent.
Due Dates
The payment due date is the fifth or 20th of each billing month. The billing cycle runs from August to May, June or July. The first withdrawal/charge will be on August 5 or August 20 and all payments will be withdrawn on the fifth or 20th of each month.
HOW TO ENROLL ONLINE
Enrollment is required this year for ALL participants, new and former. To ensure monthly payments are properly paid on time through FACTS, enroll online. Be sure to sign up as a NEW USER for FACTS, even if you were a FACTS user last year.
Service Fees
The annual fee to use FACTS is $38 per family. Starting this year, each family will have one agreement contract and one FACTS enrollment fee.
*Credit card payers are also responsible for a convenience fee which is in addition to the annual fee. The convenience fee is based on the total tuition amount for the year and is disclosed to the payer prior to the completion of their agreement. The fee is approximately 2.5% of the tuition amount to be handled through FACTS.
The above enrollment fees will be automatically withdrawn from your account within 14 days of the completion of the FACTS enrollment process.
Access to Information
Please be assured that neither FACTS nor the school will have direct access to or any knowledge about the status of your bank account or credit card information. It is simply a pre-authorized bank-to-bank transfer of funds. FACTS Management Company also offers optional Peace of Mind coverage for the person paying tuition and his/her legal spouse.
Once you set up your FACTS account, you may view your account information by logging on at FACTS. Each school year FACTS will not be available to view until July.
